  • PartnerScore, powered by Mindshare, delivers a new, more effective way to manage a partner network by focusing on relationship health to drive decision making to answer key questions on what needs to be done both strategically and tactically to improve the relationship.

  • Red Hat launches Red Hat Renewals Intelligence to provide the channel with a graphical view of customer retention risks and opportunities to grow their businesses.

  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) changes its Partner Ready Program to put a spotlight on the SMB market by offering partners a “profitable compensation model, access to financial resources, and robust enablement opportunities”.

  • Stephen Reidy, an expert in high-growth technology and SaaS companies, Stephen believes the trend towards subscription services will grow as more businesses look to partner with fintech and technology companies to make services as seamless and efficient as possible.

  • Attendees from the B2B Sales & Marketing Exchange (B2BSMX) online event learned valuable insights on how the new buyer’s journey and customer experience will drive channel-focused companies to understand where they can inject partners into the customer journey better and allow partners to drive the post-sales experience.

🤝 Partner Program Announcements

  • Starburst Data, the provider of software and services around the Presto query engine technology, launches the Starburst Orbit partner program to enlist the channel for more than 50 percent of its customer deals and engagements over the next one to two years.

  • Synnex Stellr launches the Stellr Connect partner program to support its community members as they have seen a 70% growth year over year in recurring revenue through the Stellr Marketplace.

  • Visa announced that has partnered with 13 different FinTech solutions to launch Fintech Partner Connect to connect European financial institutions and merchants with cutting-edge digital payments services.

  • 1touch.io, provider of the Inventa AI-based sustainable data discovery and management platform for privacy, security, and governance, launces the 1touch.io Channel Partner Program to enable resellers to access and co-brand pre-recorded demos, technical conversations, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.

  • HP overhauls its HP Amplify program with features such as a new compensation structure and a greater focus on services and data sharing with partners to enable increased managed delivery services such as Device as a Service.

  • Cisco announces a massive overhaul of its partner program offerings by dropping the number of current programs down to one unified program called the Cisco Partner Program which will support four roles: Integrator, Provider, Developer, and Advisor.
